Pull and Push Dynamometer
Pull and Push Dynamometers are designed for accurate tensile and compressive force measurement in industrial testing, quality control, and on-site load monitoring. By integrating precision load cell technology, these systems provide reliable force data for both pulling and pushing applications, covering a wide range of capacities and installation conditions.
A typical pull and push dynamometer consists of a high-accuracy load cell combined with a load cell weighing indicator or a load cell weighing transmitter. The indicator enables real-time force display, peak value capture, and alarm functions for manual testing and inspection tasks. For automation environments, the weighing transmitter converts low-level load cell signals into standardized outputs such as 4–20 mA or RS485, allowing seamless connection to PLCs, controllers, and data acquisition systems.
Pull and push dynamometers are widely used in cable tension testing, lifting equipment inspection, material testing machines, assembly line force verification, and maintenance applications. Compact structures, robust housings, and flexible signal interfaces make these systems suitable for laboratory use as well as harsh industrial sites. Depending on the configuration, the dynamometer can operate as a standalone force measurement device or as part of a larger monitoring and control system.
